GoSUP does not require an account, therefore the app does not collect any personal data. To analzye the app performance the app sends device specific information to our own hosted backend. None of this data will ever be shared or sold to a 3rd party.
GoSUP uses the Apple HealthKit Framework. On the first launch the app requests permission to read different healthkit values. These values are only used for following puproses: Presenting a list of all workouts and detailed statistics of the workout, Recording and persisiting workout specific metrics during a SUP-Session when using GoSUP on Apple Watch. These metrics are used for calculating statistics and allow later access. The recorded metrics are persisted in a app specific database on the device. We have no intent to collect these values and use them for any other purpose. You can always adjust the HealthKit permission for GoSUP in the Health-App on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Giving access to all the requested values ensures the best user experience, although limiting the permissions is possible and the user interface adapts accordingly.
In no case your health data will ever be transferred to a 3rd party provider. The app may persist data from HealthKit within the its own database to provide you a greater experience with upcoming features.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, GoSUP may change its Privacy Policy by giving notice to you on this page. Please check the version date.
